Bright Oak Pre-School Academy

Our team provided full‑service Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection  MEP/FP) engineering design and construction administration for the Bright Oak Preschool Academy, a new 12,000 SF early‑learning facility located in the heart of John’s Island. The project required careful coordination to support an environment centered on safety, durability, and operational efficiency. Our engineering approach ensured reliable building systems, optimized indoor environmental quality, and seamless integration with the architect’s Scandinavian‑inspired design vision. The building’s interiors incorporate natural materials, broad color palettes, and unique architectural features—including an abstracted tree canopy with integrated play huts and a “carpet lake”—which necessitated thoughtful system routing, lighting strategies, and environmental controls.
