Our team delivered full Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection design services—along with comprehensive construction administration—for The Morris, a two-building mixed-use development totaling 115,000 SF with an integrated parking garage in Charleston’s vibrant NoMo District. Designed to complement the emerging digital corridor while honoring the site’s industrial heritage, the project features brick and glass façades inspired by urban warehouse architecture. The contemporary three‑story complex provides nearly 400 feet of frontage along Morrison Drive and includes a third‑floor roof deck amenity space overlooking the district. This modern retail and office development is tailored to support dynamic multi‑tenant environments and contribute to the ongoing revitalization of the surrounding area.
