Ten Mile on Rivers Ave

The former 1960’s elementary school was transformed into leased office suites, building totalling 23,000 SF project was an adaptive reuse renovation. HG provided the MEPFP services in order to fully renovate using the existing building structure as the bare bones. HG was part of a Design Building team breaking ground and completing in 2019.
