This project centered on the advancement of a previously established design for a four‑story, 14,000 sq. ft. facility. Our team executed a comprehensive reconfiguration of the building layout, integrating an expanded footprint and updated architectural elements to meet evolving programmatic and performance requirements.  We delivered full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) engineering services, including system optimization, code‑compliant design development, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams. Our scope also included complete construction administration support to verify installation quality, maintain alignment with project specifications, and ensure seamless integration of all building systems.  The result is a fully engineered solution that elevates building performance, enhances constructability, and supports long‑term operational reliability.
