Located at the prominent intersection of Nexton Boulevard and Brighton Park Boulevard, the two‑story facility features a welcoming Home Telecom customer service center on the ground floor and flexible office space above. Its design reflects both the legacy of Home Telecom and the progressive vision driving development throughout Nexton. Hensley and Goerling delivered comprehensive MEP/FP engineering services that elevate the building’s overall efficiency, comfort, and long‑term value. The project features an advanced centralized VAV HVAC system, a thoughtfully curated lighting design that enhances the architectural aesthetic, and a fully integrated building automation system supporting smart building functionality.
